Axio ensures open lines of communication exist between all parties and groups involved in the measurement and allocation process. We actively identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost reductions and mitigate sources of metering and allocation uncertainties.

Axio’s approach throughout the design and implementation of a measurement & allocation scheme is to first identify and minimize the sources of production system imbalance, in the field and in the back-office. Any residual imbalance inherent in the process (operational practices, physics of measurement, etc.) is then back-allocated to different feeds using either Proportional Allocation or Uncertainty Based Allocation (UBA) methodology. Careful evaluation of produced volumes uncertainties is an essential step to a fair and equitable allocation process.
